About Us

We, Patrick & Trudy relocated to the KZN South Coast in August 2002 from Primrose in Germiston, Gauteng. We had already purchased our property in Uvongo in May 2000. The move was without a doubt for the better! We enjoy the life style, the beaches and the South Coast in general and would not choose to move to any other part of South Africa.

Real Estate. We are both certified CEA and NQF4 qualified agents with the South African Estate Agency Affairs Board. For reasons of specialising, our Property/Real Estate dealings are confined to the Kwazulu Natal South Coast areas of Shelly Beach, Uvongo, Saint Michaels, Manaba Beach, Margate, Ramsgate and Southbroom, with possible opportunities both North and South of those areas as well. We deal with Houses on free standing properties, Town Houses in both Full Title & Sectional Title complexes, a variety of Sectional Title Apartments, Vacant Land and even have a selection of Agricultural Farms and Small Hold properties.

Written Content. Patrick has a City & Guilds Technical Writers and Communications qualification, acquired through the British Council in the UK. Written Content will include a wide variety of subjects for both practical use and general information purposes.

Real Estate Values. Properties on the sea side of the Marine Drive generally command a higher price than those on the inland side of Marine Drive and having a good sea view also affects the price upwardly. Remember the "key" words in property selection, Location! Location!

Business Location. I generally work from home but do have a need to go to the office from time to time for Real Estate purposes. Normal Real Estate office hours are Mon to Fri 08:30am to 16:30pm, but I can also be contacted outside of those hours within reason, if anyone needs to contact me urgently. My e-mail addresses can be used to send bulk infomation or messages to me at any hour.
